Remembering Kathy

She was a person of such direct energy and love of life – willing to take risks and push boundaries.

Kathy was a lovely lady and a pleasure to work with.

We will remember Kathy fondly. She made us so welcome when we moved here and always made a point of coming over to talk to us in the pub. We would have liked to get to know her better, but in the short time that we did know her we knew that you were lucky to have such a lovely wife. She was caring and thoughtful and will be greatly missed by many people.

We were very sorry to hear of Kathy’s passing – she’ll be sorely missed by everyone – it’s as if a light has gone out.

So sad to hear of Kathy’s death. She was a lovely lady and will be sorely missed.

A shockingly unfair end to one of the few relationships of our generation to have stood the test of time.

It’s hard to think about the sadness and the shock of what has happened but we want you to know that we care very much about you and Kathy. We’ll always remember her and her strength and her quietness. Even though we haven’t spent as much time with you as we would have liked, then times we’ve had have always been memorably good.

We were saddened to hear of Kathy’s passing and we both look back to our time together 30-40 years ago in Aberdeen.
